Website Designer/Builder (Divi, WordPress)

Role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented WordPress/Divi web designer to help bring Queen Be’s brand to life online. You’ll work closely with our founder to design and build pages that are visually stunning, emotionally engaging, and strategically effective in connecting with midlife women seeking support and transformation.

About Queen Be:
Queen Be is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering midlife women—especially those navigating menopause and life transitions—through coaching, education, and community. Our mission is to help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and joy, and step into their next chapter with clarity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build pages in WordPress using Divi, aligned with brand style and tone.
Create engaging layouts for program pages, blog posts, and lead magnet landing pages.
Integrate email marketing forms (Brevo) and other tools.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO-friendly page setup.
Collaborate with the founder on creative concepts and user experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest improvements for speed and usability.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience designing with Divi in WordPress (portfolio required).
Strong eye for design and ability to translate brand guidelines into beautiful pages.
Proficient in integrating email marketing tools (Brevo experience a plus).
Understanding of basic SEO for on-page optimisation.
Good communication skills and responsiveness in a remote setting.
Organised and able to work to agreed timelines.

Nice to Have:
Experience with membership sites or online course platforms.
Familiarity with Canva for simple graphic creation.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for fine-tuning designs.
