At Benefic Marketing, we help business owners scale smarter with automation, dashboards, and cutting-edge tools. We’re looking for a Tech & Data Implementation VA to be the doer who takes our mapped-out tech builds and turns them into reality — both for our internal projects and for select client accounts.

This is not a theory role—you’ll be hands-on in Go High Level, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, and automation platforms every single day. You’ll make sure everything works exactly as it should so our leadership team can focus on designing the next big thing.

What You’ll Do:

Build funnels, workflows, and automations in Go High Level (GHL)
Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio
Manage data prep and formulas in Google Sheets & Excel
Test and document automations in ---------- , n8n, Zapier, and other tools
Build templates in GHL, ClickUp, and Notion for re-use
Keep all systems healthy with regular maintenance checks

What We’re Looking For:

Proven GHL build experience (funnels, workflows, automation)
Comfortable with Looker Studio and reporting dashboards
Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
Familiarity with ---------- , n8n, or Zapier integrations
Detail-obsessed and process-driven
Ability to follow SOPs while still thinking critically
