n8n Automation Expert for Law firms & Accountancy workflows

looking for an experienced n8n developer (or similar automation tool expert such as n8n Make/Integromat or Zapier) to build automation workflows for law firms and accountancy practices. These must be high-impact, business-critical solutions that solve real daily pain points. The workflows will be offered as a monthly subscription SaaS, so they must be scalable, reliable, and GDPR-compliant.

Example workflows include:

Automated Client Intake & Onboarding: Capture client data via online forms or email, integrate with CRM, send welcome packs, trigger ID verification/KYC checks, auto-book consultations in Google/Outlook Calendar.

Deadline & Case/Matter Tracking Alerts: Sync with calendars/case management systems, send automated email/SMS reminders to prevent missed court dates, compliance filings, or tax deadlines.

Document Generation & e-Signature Automation: Merge CRM data into legal/accounting templates, create PDFs, send via DocuSign/HelloSign, store signed files in Google Drive, OneDrive, or SharePoint.

AML/KYC Compliance Automation: Collect IDs via secure form, integrate with verification APIs like Onfido, auto-flag risks for review.

Billable Time Tracking & Auto-Invoicing: Automatically log calls, emails, and meetings to CRM/accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks), generate invoices, send payment reminders.

Client Document Expiry Monitoring: Track expiry dates for contracts/licenses, send automated alerts ahead of deadlines.

Requirements:
