Job Title: Part-Time Ecommerce Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Hours: ~20 hours/week
Compensation: $800/month (equivalent to $10/hour)
Schedule: Flexible, with required meetings twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays

About Us:
Manana Surf Co. is an Austin-based surf and apparel brand creating high-quality products inspired by an adventurous, ambitious, yet relaxed lifestyle. We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team and help bring our ecommerce vision to life.

This is a part-time remote role focused on creating engaging, on-brand visuals for our online store, email campaigns, and social advertising. The role will also include occasional non-ecommerce design projects such as wholesale catalogs and product lineup mockups for manufacturing.

Weekly Deliverables:
- Design 3–4 finished email campaigns (final, ready-to-send files).
- Design 3–5 finished Meta ads (in both 1:1 and Instagram Story formats).
- Create website assets (logos, banners, highlight images, etc.) as needed.
- Develop wholesale catalogs when required.
- Produce 2D apparel product lineups in Adobe Illustrator for manufacturer reference.
- Create social media story graphics on an as needed basis (expect 1-2 per week)

General Responsibilities:
- Attend two weekly check-in meetings (Monday & Thursday) for updates and task assignments.
- Complete all deliverables within one week of assignment to meet fast turnaround needs.
- Ensure all creative output is on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for ecommerce performance.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (strong portfolio required).
- Experience designing email campaigns, digital ads, and ecommerce assets.
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfortable attending remote video meetings during Philippine daytime/evening hours to align with U.S. time zones.
