Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and professional remote assistant based in the Philippines to help us with client intake, scheduling, and case preparation for SSI and SSDI claims. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, so strong communication skills and professionalism are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
Explain the basics of the SSI and SSDI process to potential clients (training provided)
Collect and input client information accurately into our case management system
Schedule and confirm client appointments with our advocates
Follow up with clients to gather missing documents or information
Maintain accurate records and update case files regularly
Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
Experience in legal, disability claims, insurance, or medical administration preferred
Familiarity with U.S. Social Security Disability law and process is a plus (training provided)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Hours
Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours (flexibility for part-time or full-time)
