Framer Website Developer - Paid Trial ? for the opportunity to become a ? Long-Term Revenue Share Partner

Job Description:
I run a UK-based (selling globally) web design/marketing business specialising in high-quality, websites for small to medium sized businesses. I’m looking for a reliable Framer website developer to join me long-term, and grow the business. There will be less jobs in the first few weeks, but by the end of the year we'll be doing 15+ per month.

This is NOT full website design from scratch.
You’ll be taking my pre-built Framer website mockups and customising them (sometimes building new pages) for each client. Swapping in content, images, colours, creating design and function variations, and section changes - so they look bespoke, beautiful and convert.

The Role:
• Trial Project: £50 ($67) for 1 client build.
• Ongoing Work, f successful, you’ll have the ability to do 15+ customisations per month (steady work).
• Pay Structure: 10% revenue share per project.
• Current websites sell for £850 ? you earn £85 each.
• Prices will eventually rise to £1,000–£1,500 per site, and your percentage will stay the same, so your earnings grow with the business. I don't believe in capping income or paying hourly, if the business grows, I want you and your income to grow with it.
• Most projects will be 4-6 page website builds/customisations, where you'll be given all the info and specifications for what that client wants, you just fulfil the few hours of work (if your'e fast).
• I project, at mid to max capacity, you'll be able to make £3,000-£4,000 ($5,000+) per month.
• Be highly motivated, have grit, be willing to go the extra mile, want more for your life.

Requirements:
• Strong Framer skills (you don't need years of experience if your'e hungry though) able to work efficiently and follow brand guidelines.
• Great eye for design and detail.
• Okay English (reading/writing to an okay degree is essential, speaking is a plus).
• Ability to meet 48-96 hour deadlines (I won't make you work crazy hours, to get a job done in the early hours of the morning)
• Willing to join a short video call for introductions and project discussions.
• But THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT YOU NEED... is to be hungry and motivated. Whatever you put into this business/your work, your'e gonna make back ten fold, and you'll have reliable income, which is much higher than the industry average.
