Faircare Insurance & Advisors and KCC Consulting are seeking a skilled HighLevel Automation Expert to help streamline and optimize our CRM workflows. Our goal is to ensure our processes are fast, efficient, and seamless — so our team can spend more time serving clients and growing the business.
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy automation professional with proven experience in GoHighLevel (HighLevel CRM) and Zapier integrations. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) ideal for someone who works efficiently, communicates well, and can translate business concepts into automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Audit existing HighLevel CRM workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Build, test, and launch automations that save time and reduce manual work.
Create triggers, campaigns, pipelines, and sequences tailored to our business needs.
Integrate HighLevel with Zapier and other tools for seamless data flow.
Ensure integrations are reliable, efficient, and scalable.
Document processes and provide basic training to tea
Collaborate with leadership to turn ideas into functional, automated solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience building and managing automations in HighLevel CRM.
Strong experience creating and managing Zapier integrations.
Ability to quickly grasp business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical setups in simple terms.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Bonus: Familiarity with insurance or financial services workflows.
Compensation
$400 USD/month for around 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
