Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties (Standard Rate):

• Administrative tasks, including:

• Onboarding new employees

• Requesting, tracking, and filing required documents for successful onboarding

• Monitoring and updating the BookingKoala system for incoming bookings


Additional Duties (Increased Rate):

• Handling incoming calls and managing messages (including from abroad)

• Managing bookings and client communication via WhatsApp

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of admin work, stakeholder management and organisation.
- Flexible with systems, and a nous for learning new systems.
- Strong ability to build rapport and manage effectively and professionally.

Schedule:
- UK hours.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $ ---------- /month (depending on experience)
- Bonuses based on performance.
