Bilingual French & English Setter – Client Appointment Coordinator

We are Vision Bleu LED, a Montreal-based company specializing in smart architectural lighting for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a motivated Setter to join our growing team and help connect with our warm leads (people who have already expressed interest in our services) and book appointments for our sales team.

As a Setter, your role will be to call and follow up with potential clients, introduce our products, and schedule qualified appointments. You will be speaking with clients in both French and English, so fluency in both languages is essential.

Responsibilities:

Call warm leads provided by our marketing campaigns (no cold calling)

Introduce Vision Bleu’s lighting solutions and qualify the client’s needs

Schedule appointments for our sales team and confirm details

Follow up with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Track calls, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM

Collaborate with our sales team to improve scripts and booking strategies

Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every interaction

Requirements:

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an asset

Ability to work during Montreal business hours (Eastern Time Zone)

Work Hours:
30–40 hours per week
Primary calling times: 9 AM – 1 PM and 6 PM – 9 PM EST

Salary:
To be discussed based on experience.
(Base rate + performance bonuses for each qualified appointment booked)
