Description:
We are a growing mortgage brokerage in Canada looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant to support our mortgage business operations, client communications, marketing, and sales follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Manage client database and assist with lead tracking and follow-ups.
Support CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and communication automation.
Handle client inquiries via
Organize mortgage application documents and assist with submission tracking.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
Assist in creating systemized processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Support marketing campaigns and social media content creation related to mortgage services.
Manage SEO for website content and digital marketing.
Maintain and update Google My Business profile to boost local visibility.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Experience with CRM platforms and workflow automation (Zoho preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with social media content creation.
SEO knowledge and Google My Business management.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Familiarity with mortgage industry processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
