We’re Hiring: Dedicated Data Manager
(Remote | Full-Time)

We are looking for a Data Manager to join our growing remote team! If you have experience managing dialer systems (especially ReadyMode), love optimizing performance, and enjoy working with agents, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of our ReadyMode dialer system
• Monitor call flow, performance, and KPIs
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth technical operations
• Manage and support cold caller/agent schedules
• Collaborate with team leads to improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience with ReadyMode (Must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Must be reliable and proactive

Compensation:
$3/hour with an adjustment to $4/hour after the monthly evaluation.

Performance-based incentives
