We’re a top-performing real estate group looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to join us as an Inside Sales Associate. You’ll be the first voice our future clients hear—building relationships, uncovering needs, and setting the stage for their buying or selling journey.

This is a remote role, perfect for an overseas candidate fluent in American English who can work U.S. business hours.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to potential home Sellers and Buyers using our CRM (Follow Up Boss).

Have engaging conversations to discover their motivation, goals, and timelines.

Collect key details:

For Sellers: Reason for selling, property details, upgrades, estimated value.

For Buyers: Desired location(s), budget, financing status, must-have features.

Set appointments for our agents or schedule timely follow-ups.

Keep detailed, organized notes in our CRM to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Follow proven scripts—but know when to be flexible and keep it natural.

Partner with our agents to ensure smooth lead handoffs and great client experiences.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English (clear, confident, and friendly).

Experience with outbound calls (real estate, sales, or telemarketing preferred).

Skilled at overcoming objections and building rapport quickly.

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Comfortable using CRM systems (Follow Up Boss experience a plus).

Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace.

Availability to work U.S. business hours (adjustable for time zone).
