JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We’re hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok advertising, plus experience in content creator/influencer management. You’ll lead campaigns driving traffic to Amazon and D2C Shopify stores, using short-form video strategies to convert views into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize Meta & TikTok ad campaigns to drive ecommerce conversions
Manage and collaborate with content creators/influencers for high-impact content
Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance
Work cross-functionally with sales, ops, and creative teams
Report on results and ROI, ensuring effective budget management
Stay up to date with platform trends and best practices

Requirements:
3–5+ years managing Meta and TikTok paid ads
Proven success in traffic/conversion growth for Amazon & Shopify
Creator/influencer management experience
Proficient in analytics tools (GA, Meta Suite, TikTok Ads Manager)
Strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and campaign adaptability
Budget ownership experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central & Shopify backend
Ecommerce background (product-focused brands)
Platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads Cert)
Creative mindset aligned with brand identity
