HR PERSONNEL

We are looking for a committed HR PERSONNEL to enhance our dynamic team. This key role is pivotal in ensuring a supportive and effective workplace that reflects our organizational values. Below are the details regarding responsibilities, requirements, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and scheduling follow-up meetings.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions such as aides, coordinators, and office personnel.
- Utilize platforms like Indeed, social media, and community outreach to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Organize and conduct job fairs and local recruiting events to engage potential applicants.

HR Coordination:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for incoming employees.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR records to uphold compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate in-service training, performance reviews, and monitor compliance tracking requirements.
- Support daily HR operations, including handling employee relations and policy enforcement.
- Help manage employee benefits, leaves, and certifications to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and HR support, ideally in healthcare or home-care settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with candidates and staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Indeed and Microsoft Office, as well as Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment within the home care or healthcare industry and familiarity with e-commerce.
