This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys problem-solving, can figure things out on their own, and gets a little thrill from making a business run like a well-oiled machine. Bonus points if you have a knack for spotting ways to make things better before anyone else even notices they need fixing.

Key Responsibilities

Create, document, and maintain efficient systems and workflows that keep daily operations humming.

Organize project tasks, timelines, and assets so everything is easy to find and act on.

Communicate clearly and proactively to keep all moving pieces on track.

Create polished, on-brand visuals in Canva using Canva AI for internal and external use.

Anticipate needs and suggest improvements before problems arise.

Keep detailed records and ensure all files, SOPs, and processes are easy to follow.

Skills & Qualities

Exceptional organizational skills..

Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness — you love figuring things out independently.

Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Proven expertise in Canva and Canva AI, with a strong eye for clean, professional design.

Proficiency in all Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms, Calendar, etc.).

Comfortable with technology and AI tools, and quick to learn new platforms.

High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.

Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with digital business workflows and automation tools.
