JOB OVERVIEW

Trial Period: Paid
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time (PST)

Job Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer emails daily.

Invite selected customers to participate in product testing and track their responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Use Time Doctor to log work hours and monitor productivity.

Provide regular status updates to the team and ensure timely follow-through on all tasks.

Highly responsible and self-disciplined—able to complete tasks without needing reminders.

Strong comprehension skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

Excellent attention to detail—ensures accurate and organized record-keeping.

Proactive and resourceful—able to think independently and troubleshoot issues before escalating.

Previous experience in customer service, email handling, or administrative support is preferred.

Must be available to work full-time in line with U.S. Pacific Time (PST).
