Job Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer
Invite selected customers to participate in product testing and track their responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Use Time Doctor to log work hours and monitor productivity.
Provide regular status updates to the team and ensure timely follow-through on all tasks.
