Position Overview:
We are seeking fluent English-speaking Lead Generation Specialists for a full-time, long-term remote position. This role is entirely phone-based—you will be making outbound calls to clients, explaining the importance of verification steps, and helping them complete secure bank forms. You’ll be trained, supported, and rewarded based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound phone calls to clients provided by our partner organization.

Clearly communicate the purpose and importance of completing a secure bank link.

Assist clients in real time as they fill out verification forms.

Handle objections, answer questions, and build trust over the phone.

Maintain accurate call records and report daily progress.

Follow scripts, compliance standards, and training guidelines.

Requirements:

Fluent spoken English — must be confident and clear on the phone (native-level preferred).

Full-time availability (40 hours/week), with long-term commitment.
