Lead Laravel & React Developer

We are looking for an experienced Laravel (backend) and React (frontend) developer with 4–5+ years of professional experience who is ready to lead a team and take ownership of projects.

This is an in-office role in Bacolod City. You will manage developers, work closely with our U.S.-based team, and help drive our company’s growth. This is a big opportunity for career growth in a fast-moving, international environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage an in-office development team.

Build and maintain backend systems in Laravel and frontends in React.

Work in an AWS environment and ensure projects run smoothly.

Collaborate daily with U.S.-based colleagues and other departments.

Oversee code quality, timelines, and project delivery.

Requirements
4–5+ years professional experience with Laravel and React.

Leadership skills and ability to manage other developers.

Strong AWS experience.

Excellent English communication skills.

Willing to work full-time in our Bacolod City office.
