Looking for a part-time social media marketer and content writer

Perks:
You will only work 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday (at your own chosen time). I'm judging the output, not the time spent.
Chance to be hired as a full-time VA with a starting salary of 15k -20k per month
If my company succeeds, I am most willing to pay more than that amount to devoted employees.

Job Description:

During the first two months, the main goal is to increase my website readership, subscription, social media following and number of booked courses

*You will only be required to produce three short 300-word error-free article on public speaking every week. It's up to you how you manage your time.
*You will have to maintain my website, Facebook and LinkedIn page and boost its page views and reader subscription in a month (I'm not looking for instant success, I only want to see progress)
* You will assist me in developing my online courses.
*In other words, as I focus my time on developing courses, you boost my website following and social media.

During the next two months, if we meet our targets, I will increase your salary to 7k. This time focusing on managing emails, bookings, launches, (positive client experience) while still producing quality articles for the website and on LinkedIn and Facebook.

I expect to meet my targets by the sixth month (with my app launched - this is for another employee), and by that time, I will have to offer you a permanent full-time position as my VA with the same job description laid out above.

What I need is someone who has great writing, marketing experience, infographics making and SEO skills, etc.

I focus on quality in everything - not quantity. For example, I prefer 50 REAL interested followers to 100,000 fake likes.
