Key Responsibilities:
>System Configuration
-Set up customer-specific VoIP settings including gateways, extensions, DIDs, call routing, voi
-Follow installation SOPs and customer preferences to ensure accurate system setup
>Testing & Quality Assurance
-Conduct end-to-end testing of all configured components
-Identify and resolve issues in coordination with the technical team before deployment
>Field Team Support
-Schedule tasks for field technicians and assist with support requests
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
>Documentation & Reporting
-Maintain organized records of each system configuration
-Complete setup checklists and provide clear documentation of setup phases and custom requirements
Qualifications:
1. Experience with PBX Systems: Hands-on experience configuring and managing PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, or similar VoIP platforms) is strongly preferred.
2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with VoIP technologies, extensions, DIDs, and related telecom settings.
3. Attention to Detail: Ability to input data accurately and check configurations for completeness and accuracy.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot basic VoIP and PBX-related issues.
5. Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills to relay information to field teams and customers.
6. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client configurations and track setup progress.
