Virtual Assistant for YouTube Automation Channel – Video Uploads, SEO, & Thumbnails

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help run a faceless YouTube automation channel. This is a long-term, part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

Upload videos to YouTube with correct metadata (titles, descriptions, tags)

Write SEO-optimized titles & descriptions using TubeBuddy/VidIQ

Create click-worthy thumbnails in Canva, Photoshop, or similar

Research keywords and trending topics

Schedule and publish videos consistently

Repurpose content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram

Monitor analytics and track performance in a spreadsheet

Moderate and respond to comments (when required)

Requirements:

Strong written English skills

Experience with YouTube Studio

Familiarity with TubeBuddy or VidIQ

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Reliable internet connection

Attention to detail and good communication skills

Preferred but not required:

Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InVideo, Pictory)

Knowledge of YouTube algorithm and SEO best practices

Work Hours:

10–20 hours/week to start

Flexible schedule, but must meet upload deadlines

Will work in [Your Time Zone] overlap for check-ins
Compensation:

$5–$8/hour (USD) depending on experience

Paid weekly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer
