Recruiter for Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Role

I’m looking for an experienced recruiter who can help me find and vet high-quality candidates for a full-time B2B/B2C appointment setting & lead generation role.
The ideal recruiter will have proven experience sourcing talent in the Philippines, conducting screening interviews, and assessing candidates’ ability to perform manual outreach without relying solely on AI.

Your Responsibilities:

Post job ads in relevant channels (OnlineJobs.ph, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, etc.)

Source, shortlist, and pre-qualify candidates based on my criteria

Conduct initial video interviews to assess communication skills & experience

Check references and verify work history

Provide me with 3–5 qualified candidates ready for final interviews

Candidate Requirements You’ll Recruit For:

At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting or lead generation

Comfortable with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media DMs

Strong written and spoken English

Must be able to work with minimal AI assistance — real outreach skills are required

Able to work full-time (8 hours/day) in my timezone or overlap hours
