We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Your primary role will be to log in to our BIP Solutions account, identify relevant tenders based on our criteria, and reach out to the listed contacts via
You will track all outreach activity in a Google Sheet, noting which contacts you’ve approached, the dates of follow-ups, and any responses received.
If a lead responds positively, your role will be to pass the conversation to our internal team for further discussion and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Access our BIP Solutions account to identify relevant tender opportunities.
Email
Maintain an organised Google Sheet tracking all outreach, follow-ups, and responses.
Send follow-up
Accurately record all communications and update statuses in real time.
Coordinate with our internal team when a lead responds positively.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent written English skills with professional
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking leads.
Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel for data organisation.
Ability to follow processes while also being resourceful and proactive.
Previous experience in lead generation,
Comfortable using online platforms and tools for daily work.
Work Setup & Details:
Remote work.
Part-time (20 hours/week).
Fixed monthly salary (based on experience).
Training on BIP Solutions platform and company processes will be provided.
