Local SEO Specialist | Top 3 Google Maps Ranking | Google Business Profile

We are a fast-growing reputation management and local SEO company helping businesses rank in the top 3 of Google Maps (Local Map Pack) through our proven optimisation system. We’re now hiring an experienced Google Business Profile (GBP) / Local SEO Specialist to take full ownership of fulfilment for our clients and help us continue scaling.

You’ll be responsible for implementing all Google Business Profile optimisations, on-page, and off-page SEO, and technical strategies to get our clients into - and keep them in - the top 3 positions on Google Maps for their target keywords and locations. You will also be responsible for recording report updates that will be sent to clients, walking them through their ranking shifts, what we're working on for them, as well as expectations going forward.

This is a results-driven role where your ability to deliver top rankings and retain clients will directly increase your commission earnings.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of hands-on experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation (required)
- Has a proven track record of ranking businesses in the top 3 of Google Maps (provide case studies/screenshots)
- Is highly skilled with SEO, GBP optimisation, citation building, backlinks, schema, local link building, and content strategies
- Understands proximity, relevance, and prominence factors for local ranking
- Can manage multiple clients simultaneously while hitting deadlines
- Is proactive, highly organised, and able to work independently
- Has excellent written and spoken English for client update reports
- Is tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Can document processes and continuously improve fulfilment systems

Required Working Hours:
- UK hours (9am – 5pm)
- Monday to Friday

Compensation:
- $1,500 per month
- Performance bonuses based on client ranking results and retention
