YouTube Manager & SEO Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced YouTube Manager with strong SEO skills to help grow my channel, optimize reach and improve audience engagement. This is a freelance, per-gig role.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the publishing process for YouTube videos (esp metadata, and descriptions).
* Optimize titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails for maximum visibility and click-through rates.
* Conduct keyword research for YouTube SEO to target high-impact search terms.
* Analyze channel performance and make data-driven recommendations for growth.
* Suggest content ideas based on trends, analytics, and audience insights.
* Ensure all videos follow brand voice, style, and platform best practices.

Requirements:

* Experience managing and optimizing YouTube channels.
* Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and keyword research tools.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Skilled in creating compelling titles, descriptions, and thumbnail concepts.
* Ability to interpret analytics and make actionable recommendations.
* Reliable communication and attention to detail.

Compensation:

Pay is per gig/project.
