We’re looking for someone who can stay on top of things, update records accurately, and keep our clients in the loop—all while being part of a friendly and laid-back team that’s got your back.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Taking job completion notes – Once our crew finishes a solar panel resetting job, you’ll grab all the details and document them.
- Uploading photos & records – Making sure all required photos and reports are properly stored (no missing files on our watch!).
- Creating Completion Reports – Prepping service reports with all the info our clients need to stay informed.
- Talking to clients – Updating them about the job, answering their questions, and keeping things smooth.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone with killer attention to detail – If you spot typos in ---------- s, this might be for you!
- Super organized – You love structure and making sure things don’t get messy.
- A clear communicator – Whether it’s a quick email or an update call, you know how to keep things simple and professional.
- A strong background/experience in engineering or construction


Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Cool to Have!)

- Experience working with solar companies
- Knowledge of solar systems & processes (if you don’t know, we’ll help you learn!)
