Role Overview - We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Research Specialist to identify and profile high-value investment decision-makers who can allocate significant capital. This is NOT typical data entry - you'll be conducting strategic research to find individuals who manage $50M+ portfolios and have the authority to make or influence major investment decisions.
This is a remote, full-time contract position that PAYS WEEKLY and will significantly develop your expertise in wealth management and institutional investing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Prospect Research: Identify private bankers, family office executives, pension fund managers, and other high-level investment professionals
- LinkedIn Intelligence: Use Sales Navigator to find decision-makers at target institutions (private banks, family offices, endowments, sovereign wealth funds)
- Profile Analysis: Evaluate prospects based on assets under management, decision-making authority, and network connections
- Quality Control: Ensure every prospect manages significant capital and has real investment decision power
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed prospect profiles with clear reasoning for why each contact is valuable
Required Skills:
- Paid LinkedIn Sales Navigator account (mandatory)
- Experience with CRM systems and data management
- Strong research and analytical thinking abilities
- Understanding of financial services industry structure
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Ideal Background:
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation for financial services
- Knowledge of wealth management, private banking, or institutional investing
- Experience identifying high-net-worth prospects or institutional decision-makers
- Familiarity with family offices, pension funds, or endowment structures
Success in This Role Means
