20 hrs/week to Start And Full-Time Potential
We’re an aftermarket auto parts e-commerce brand growing at an incredible pace—doubling sales year after year. Right now, customer support is still handled by the founder. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, build a reliable system, and deliver a level of service that makes customers stay for life.
This is not a “clock in, clock out” job. It’s a role for someone who wants to step into a small, ambitious team, solve problems, improve systems, and grow into a bigger position as the business scales.
What You’ll Do
Manage 15–30 daily customer tickets with AI-assisted replies, making sure every message is polished and personal.
Keep customer service processes documented in Loom and Google Drive so nothing is lost and anyone can follow the workflow.
Identify issues before they become problems and find solutions that stick.
Assist with operations, admin work, and research after daily support is complete.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English, written and spoken.
Strong computer skills—able to move fast and stay organized.
Detail-focused and process-driven.
Takes ownership, communicates clearly, and closes the loop.
Proactive thinker who enjoys improving systems.
What This Role is NOT
Following a script without thinking.
Doing the bare minimum to get by.
Avoiding feedback or resisting change.
How We Work
We’re a small, driven team—founder, his brother, and an executive assistant—all in our early 20s. We document every workflow in Loom (screen recording only, no webcam or mic for daily tasks) so our processes are clear, repeatable, and scalable.
Growth & Opportunity
Start at $12/hour for 20 hours/week.
Earn higher pay and hours based on performance.
Potential to lead customer service or operations as we expand.
Direct mentorship from the founder and real-world experience in a 7-figure brand.
How to Apply – Follow These Steps Exactly
Written Answer: In 3–5 sentences, tell us:
If you joined this company, what would your ideal growth path look like over the next 1–2 years, and how would you make yourself valuable?
Loom Video (2–3 minutes): Introduce yourself and explain why you’d be a strong fit. This will help us assess your English skills and communication style.
Submit: Send your resume, written answer, and Loom link together in one message.
Important: We will not review applications that do not follow these steps exactly. Attention to detail is part of the role.
