Digital Customer Service Position

Semper Fi Heating and Cooling, a Phoenix, AZ based Home Services Company, is looking for several Lead Specialists to support managing significant flow of inbound text message and form fill leads. The position is a fast-paced and challenging position. The Lead Specialist plays a crucial role in the Marketing Department. Under the supervision and in partnership with the Marketing Director and Leadership team of the Company, you will work hand and hand to ensure that Semper Fi Heating and Cooling becomes the #1 Home Services Company in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be a self-starter and detail-oriented. This position will be responsible for helping Semper Fi Heating and Cooling book potential new customers and keep accurate records. The successful candidate will have experience communicating through SMS, Email, and Phone as well as analyzing sales data, and we're interested in hiring an experienced professional who wants to work independently. Experience with GoHighLevel is a big plus. ServiceTitan experience also a plus.
