Video Editor : After Effects & Motion Graphics

Salary: $800/month plus monthly bonuses
Workload: 2 videos per week (around 14 hours each)

We are looking for someone with high-level After Effects skills who can create strong, proof-backed hooks similar to Iman Gadzhi’s editing style—fast, clean, and visually powerful. The first 30–90 seconds of each video will be the most important part of your work. We can train you to become even better, but your current quality must already be high.

You will work on two long-form videos per week, each between 8 and 25 minutes. Footage will be color graded before you receive it, and we will provide clear references for the style we are aiming for.

The hook is almost the only thing you have to edit! The rest of the video will be a interview that´s done for. So we need someone with really good skill

Footage will be delivered every Sunday night. The first video is due Tuesday night, with a sharp final deadline on Saturday. The second video is due Thursday night, with a sharp final deadline on Sunday midday. There will be continuous feedback in the beginning to lock in the style. Late delivery is not an option—reliability is essential.

Your responsibilities will include editing two long-form videos per week, creating hooks that instantly grab attention, using After Effects motion graphics to make the edits visually sharp, applying revisions promptly, and communicating clearly with the team.

The role requires strong After Effects skills (Premiere Pro is a plus), the ability to create compelling motion graphics, a good eye for design and pacing, a reliable internet connection, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to long-term work.

Compensation is $100 per video, totaling $800 per month, plus monthly bonuses based on company performance. There is real growth potential into a senior creative position.

If selected, you will complete a short test task: 20 seconds of edited footage with a strong hook, based on a reference we provide.
