UK Amazon FBA Product Finder Virtual Assistant

About Us:
We are a UK-based e-commerce business specialising in selling on the Amazon UK Marketplace. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, in-demand products to our customers. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant with strong product sourcing skills to help us find profitable products that meet our specific criteria.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing products suitable for our FBA business model, using online tools, supplier research, and competitor analysis. You should have prior experience in Amazon product sourcing—ideally for the UK market—and be able to work independently to deliver accurate, well-researched product leads.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct online product research based on our set criteria (ROI, profit margin, sales rank, competition level, etc.)
• Identify profitable, fast-moving products from UK-based suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Ideal Person should be able to use Google Sheets, SellerAmp (SAS), Microsoft Teams
• Submit daily or weekly product lead sheets
• Monitor pricing, stock levels, and competitor listings for selected products
• Maintain clear communication with our team and update sourcing progress regularly

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Amazon FBA VA with a focus on product sourcing (UK marketplace experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets, SAS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Preferred:
• Experience working with Online Arbitrage (OA) or Wholesale sourcing in the UK
• Understanding of Amazon’s FBA requirements and product restrictions
