We are seeking an automation specialist with deep expertise in Telnyx and Zapier integrations to build and optimise a Voice AI batch calling system triggered directly from Google Sheets.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building smooth, scalable automation pipelines that connect telephony systems with data sources, ensuring high reliability and minimal manual intervention.

Key Responsibilities
System Setup & Integration:

Configure Telnyx Voice API for AI-driven outbound batch calling.

Create a Zapier workflow that pulls contact data from Google Sheets and triggers Telnyx calls in bulk.

Automation Logic:

Implement error handling and retry logic to prevent failed calls.

Ensure dynamic message personalisation using Google Sheet data fields.

Testing & Optimisation:

Conduct end-to-end testing of the entire process.

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune for speed and reliability.

Documentation:

Provide clear setup and operating instructions for internal use.

Document all Zapier workflows, API calls, and Google Sheets configurations.

Requirements
Technical Skills:

Proven experience with Telnyx Voice API (configuration, authentication, call flows).

Advanced Zapier automation skills (multi-step zaps, webhooks, conditional logic).

Strong knowledge of Google Sheets formulas, triggers, and integration.

API troubleshooting skills and ability to work with JSON payloads.

Experience:

Demonstrated history of building telephony integrations using Telnyx (or similar platforms like Twilio).

Experience connecting telephony platforms to CRMs or data sources through Zapier.
