AI & No-Code Automation Specialist | Creative, Funnels & E-Commerce Automation

We work with a variety of exciting brands in healthcare, fitness, e-commerce, and lifestyle — and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about automation, AI, funnel building, and creative content production to join our team for the long term.

This is not just a “task executor” role — you’ll be a key player in shaping how we work, making processes smoother, and helping the whole team (and our clients) move faster.

What you’ll do:

Map and improve workflows for different clients and internal projects

Build no-code automations using tools like ---------- , Zapier, Airtable, Google Apps Script

Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.) for creating ad creatives, captions, blog drafts, and more

Experiment with AI video creation for Reels, ads, and content campaigns

Automate e-commerce processes (e.g., customer service in Gorgias, product updates, reporting)

Create semi-automated social media pipelines (topics ? concepts ? captions ? scheduling)

Automate reporting, analytics, and file organization

Build and optimize funnels (GoHighLevel or similar platforms) for client campaigns and lead generation

Document processes and train other tea ---------- mbers

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience with no-code automation tools ( ---------- , Zapier, Airtable, etc.)

Hands-on experience with AI content creation (text, images, and ideally video)

Experience with funnel building and GoHighLevel (or similar)

Experience with e-commerce automation tools like Gorgias, Shopify integrations, etc.

Strong English communication skills (team-oriented mindset is a must)

Proactive problem-solver who loves to optimize and simplify processes
