Hi, I am an artist and online art teacher.
I am preparing to relaunch my online course in October 2025 and hoping to scale it up with this launch.
Since this is a relaunch, you will not be doing everything from scratch. It will be mainly improving and updating the course and the workflow.
I’m looking for an assistant who can manage Kajabi,
Responsibilities:
Kajabi & Course Launch Support:
Build and refine landing pages, opt-ins, thank-you pages, and sales pages
Upload and manage course materials (videos, PDFs)
Set up product access and automation for students
Design:
Create step-by-step pictorial PDF guides from course video tutorials
Create beautiful PDFs, workbooks, and checklists
Design simple graphics for social media posts, ads, and webinar slides
Email
Upload and schedule
Segment and tag subscribers
Set up automated sequences for lead magnets and webinar reminders
Video Editing Support:
Edit course and promotional videos (cutting mistakes, adding transitions)
Add captions/subtitles for accessibility
Social Media Support:
Monitor and answer comments or direct messages during launch weeks
Schedule Instagram &
Upload Reels with captions and hashtags
Launch Support:
During the launch weeks: help with daily webinar reminders and tech checks
Student management - answering generic, repeated questions on
Monitor course sales page and checkout to ensure everything runs smoothly
Assist with post-launch cleanup (closing pages, updating links, organizing files)
Skills You Need:
Kajabi (or similar course platform experience)
Email
Canva or similar design skills for PDFs, worksheets, slides
Basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Good written English and clear communication skills
