Freelance Web Developer – GHL Migration, Website Redesign, 2x Shopify Revamps & AI Integration

Project Fee: $2,100 – $2,850 AUD (paid via Wise, milestone-based)

About the Role

We urgently need an experienced Web Developer with expertise in UI/UX design (Figma) and AI integrations to take over ongoing projects after our previous developer stepped down. This is a full-scope, project-based contract to be completed within 3–4 weeks.

You will complete the redesign and migration of two websites (Go High Level), set up membership portals and funnels, create modern UI designs in Figma, create and integrate Voice AI and Conversation AI into GHL for automation and customer engagement, and revamp two Shopify stores with high-performing, mobile-friendly layouts.

Project Scope

Phase 1 – GHL Migration, Website Redesign & AI Integration
• Redesign and migrate two websites (Flawless Aesthetics Clinics & Steps2Life) to Go High Level (GHL)
• Create and refine UI/UX designs in Figma before development
• Set up membership portal and funnels
• Create and integrate Voice AI and Conversation AI into GHL for automation and customer engagement
• Implement SEO best practices
• Transfer content and assets

Phase 2 – Shopify Store Revamps
• Redesign two Shopify stores with modern, mobile-friendly layouts
• Create Figma mockups for approval before implementation
• Clean up product catalogs
• Implement SEO enhancements
• Integrate required apps and tools

Qualifications
• Proven experience in Go High Level (GHL) website design & migration
• Strong Shopify development skills (theme customization, apps, SEO)
• Advanced UI/UX design skills in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts)
• Ability to create and integrate Voice AI & Conversation AI into GHL workflows
• Knowledge of membership portals and funnels
• Strong eye for design, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Reliable internet connection and excellent communication skills

Contract & Payment
• Project Fee: $2,100 – $2,850 AUD (based on scope and quality of work)
• Payment Method: Wise (4 milestone payments)
• Timeline: Completion within 3–4 weeks (approx. 140–190 hours of work)
• Includes 5 business days post-launch support for bug fixes and adjustments
