What You’ll Do:
Replace any at-risk or non-commercial elements (icons, textures, graphics) with licensed or original designs.
Keep the same layout, formatting, and size — this is a design refresh, not a content rewrite.
Redesign the front and back covers with an original, commercially safe style.
Deliver print-ready PDF files (CMYK with bleed) and editable source files (Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or similar).
Ensure the final file meets KDP print requirements (or I can provide the exact specs).
Requirements:
Experience designing low-content or print-on-demand books.
Access to commercial-safe asset libraries (e.g., Adobe Stock, Envato Elements, or original design work).
Tactical Healing Journal (THJ) Redesign – Screening Questions
Please answer each question clearly. Only complete applications will be considered.

Can you confirm in writing that all elements you use (icons, fonts, graphics) will be original or commercially licensed for unrestricted commercial use?
Tools & Software
Which design software do you use? (Preferred: Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Adobe Illustrator)
Do you know how to prepare CMYK, print-ready PDFs with bleed for KDP or similar POD platforms?
Relevant Experience
Have you designed low-content or print-on-demand books/journals before?
Please provide 2–3 links or file samples of journals, planners, or similar products you have designed for print.
Process & Workflow
How will you ensure that repetitive pages are formatted consistently?
What is your process for replacing non-commercial elements with safe alternatives?
Timeline & Budget
Can you complete this project within 7–10 days from receiving the files?
What is your flat rate for this one-time project (in USD)?
File Delivery
Will you provide both print-ready PDFs and the editable source files (InDesign, Affinity, or Illustrator)?
Can you organize all source files so they are easy to navigate and edit later?
