Follow up with all leads from last week
Organize property photos/videos in cloud folders
Day 2 – Tuesday (Follow-up & Marketing)
5-8PM:
• Post 5-10 property ads (Brokerage) on FB Profile (Nel Listings), 9 FB Groups, 9 Viber Groups
• Post 1–2 updates on company FB page (Affordable Properties)/Instagram (property, tips).
• Prepare Flyers via Canva and schedule 3-5 social media posts for the week
8-10PM:
Send follow-up messages to all warm leads
Follow up on schedule viewings for the week
Day 3 – Wednesday (Research & Branding)
5-8PM:
Research and gather details of 5-10 new potential listings (Direct Owner Prefer)
Contact sellers/developers for updated availability or for matching purposes to client req’t
8-10PM:
Create possible for FB Ads (Project Selling)
Offer 3 to 5 Listings that matches requirements (Direct Buyer or Co Broker) WTB/WTL
Day 4 – Thursday (Lead Push Day)
5-8PM:
Post another 10 ads with fresh images/descriptions (Project Selling)
Share “Top Properties of the Week” post to Page, FB Nel Listings 9 FB groups, 9 Viber Groups (Brokerage)
Update Lead Tracker with new inquiries
8-10PM:
Cold lead re-engagement messages (Last Week Clients).
Prepare and send “Weekly Property Update”
Update Follow-up Tracker
Day 5 – Friday (Marketing & Reports)
5-8PM:
Design 1 carousel post for IG/Facebook
Prepare video slideshow for top 9 listings (Brokerage) and Project Selling (same Monday)
Check all ads for correct pricing & details
8-10PM:
Compile weekly lead report (New Leads, Hot Leads, Viewings, Deals)
Organize all contracts & documents from the week
Final follow-ups before the weekend rush goal to have Viewings on Sat and Sun
Day 6 – Saturday (Weekend Lead Surge)
2-6PM:
Post 9 high-demand property ads (weekend traffic spike)
Share to 9 FB Groups and 9 Viber Groups
Update Lead Tracker with all weekend inquiries
7-10PM:
Follow up immediately with all same-day inquiries
Prepare everything to be delegated to Broker or Viewing Assistant as the one who will assist in scheduling viewings for Weekend or Weekdays
Day 7 – Sunday (Light but Strategic Tasks)
2-6PM:
Respond to all pending inquiries from Weekdays and Saturday
Post “Open for Viewing or Fire Sale” property ads
7-10PM:
Prepare next week’s posting schedule & Canva designs
Update trackers (Lead, Property, Follow-up, Ad Posting Log)
