E-Commerce Customer Service Manager

We’re Evershop Limited, a fast-growing dropshipping company operating multiple online stores across English-speaking markets. We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to help us deliver friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support to our customers.

What You’ll Work On:

- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a warm, professional tone
- Handling order tracking, product questions, and issue resolution with clear communication
- Managing customer expectations on shipping times for orders fulfilled from China
- Following set workflows while using good judgment to keep customers happy
- Collaborating with our operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ year experience in eCommerce or dropshipping customer service
- Excellent written English and the ability to convey warmth and clarity in messages
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable explaining and managing expectations around international shipping times from China
- Reliable internet connection and availability to respond promptly during assigned hours
