About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with creative admin tasks, email marketing, and light social media support.

Your mission: deliver polished, client-ready work the first time by following instructions, applying feedback effectively, and keeping our deliverables on-brand , freeing up the Director’s time to focus on high-level strategy.

This is a remote role starting at 5 hours per week, with the potential to grow as we build trust and see great results.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy Formatting
- Take raw social media strategy documents (provided in text form) and format them into our branded Canva PDF templates
- Ensure layout, spacing, and branding are consistent and client-ready
- Deliver polished, error-free documents within agreed deadlines


Email
Marketing Support
- Repurpose recent social content into weekly newsletters
- Draft in our brand voice for approval, then format and schedule using Flodesk
- Maintain and segment email lists to keep them clean and organised

Social Media Support
- Research content ideas, trends, and inspiration for our own channels
- Assist with light Canva carousel creation for both the agency and clients
- Keep content libraries organised and up to date

Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience supporting social media accounts or working in a creative admin role
- Strong Canva skills with a great eye for design and brand consistency
- Comfortable with email marketing
- Excellent written English and ability to match brand tone
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions closely, integrate feedback, and work independently
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Meta)
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content
- Time zone overlap with Australia
