About the Role
We're looking for a Media Buyer who can plan, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Meta
Your campaigns will directly fuel the growth of our clients — local service businesses who rely on every click to turn into a lead and every lead to turn into real revenue. You’ll work closely with account managers, creatives, and the leadership team to launch data-driven campaigns that deliver real ROI.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
>> Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google Search, and YouTube
Develop full-funnel strategies for client lead generation, from targeting to conversion
Build and manage campaigns using best practices in bidding, budgeting, and structure
>> Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and creative as needed
A/B test ad variations, audiences, and landing pages to consistently beat benchmarks
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to refresh creatives and test new angles
>> Reporting & Data Analysis
Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and cost-per-opportunity
Build clear reports using GA4, UTM tracking, and Looker Studio
Troubleshoot and optimize tracking via FB Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GHL
>> Collaboration & Growth
Partner with account managers to align campaigns with client goals and priorities
Participate in weekly team reviews and brainstorming sessions
Share wins, insights, and learnings with the broader Growth Team
What You’ll Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience in paid media buying for lead generation (Meta and Google)
Deep understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-driven ad strategy
Proven track record managing $3K–$20K/month ad budgets with strong ROI
Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, and landing page conversion optimization
Familiarity with GHL, GA4, Looker Studio, ClickUp, and Slack (or similar tools)
Clear communication skills and the ability to present data in a client-friendly way
Self-starter mentality — proactive, reliable, and ready to drive results
