We are a U.S.-based real estate investment and development company specializing in house flips, new construction, and an in-house construction entity. We are looking for a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in the Philippines to join our team full-time.

Position Overview

As our Real Estate CPA, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability. This role is critical in managing construction costs, tracking budgets, and providing financial insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple real estate entities (flipping, new construction, and construction services).

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budgets.

Oversee construction project accounting: job costing, labor allocation, materials tracking.

Handle reconciliations (bank accounts, credit cards, loans, intercompany accounts).

Ensure compliance with Philippine CPA standards and U.S. GAAP.

Prepare tax filings and coordinate with U.S.-based tax professionals.

Implement financial controls, cost-saving strategies, and process improvements.

Support management with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed CPA in the Philippines (required).

5+ years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in real estate, construction, or property management.

Strong understanding of U.S. real estate accounting principles (experience with flips and new construction is a plus).

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred).

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Compensation & Benefits

$12/hour (full-time, 40 hours per week).
