// About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven, and creatively sharp Digital Designer to join our marketing team at Impression Dental Group. This is a remote role, working closely with the marketing team to deliver high-performing design across websites, sales decks, digital assets, branding, and, importantly, ad creative for Meta campaigns.

You’ll take ownership of projects that bring ideas to life across multiple channels, with a strong focus on producing engaging, conversion-focused assets for paid Meta Ads campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in producing work that makes an impact.

// Responsibilities

Design high-performing creative for Meta Ads campaigns across multiple practice locations

Design websites, landing pages, and email templates with a focus on performance and user experience

Produce brand-aligned graphics and high-converting sales decks

Create ad, social, and campaign assets for paid and organic channels

Interpret briefs clearly and deliver on time

Maintain brand consistency across all outputs

Apply UX/UI and CRO best practices in all design work

//What You’ll Bring

Strong experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva for presentations

A portfolio showcasing digital work (Meta Ads creative, websites, emails, sales decks, ad creative)

Solid understanding of UI/UX and conversion-driven design principles

Detail-focused with high standards for accuracy and quality

Able to manage deadlines independently while working remotely

Bonus: motion design skills (e.g., After Effects)

Previous agency experience
Experience designing creative for the dental industry
An understanding of how great design drives growth and performance
