Social Media Marketing Specialist (Facebook Marketplace Focus)

About the Role
We’re a U.S.-based car dealership with 400+ vehicles for sale, looking for a motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist with Facebook Marketplace experience.
Your main goal is to post and manage car listings that drive real, verified sales.

Responsibilities
Create and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Maintain and refresh listings to attract new leads.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and confirmed transactions.

Compensation
$800 per month, based on achieving a target of 6 confirmed car sales per month.
Bonus: After achieving 10 or more car sales in a month, earn an additional $100 per extra car sold.

Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant experience in online or social media marketing.
A working PC with at least an Intel i5 processor or higher.
Must not have any other job during our shift: 10AM–7PM Central Time (CST) — no side jobs or multitasking.
Excellent attendance record, with a reliable PC and backup internet connection.
A working PayPal account for payout and amenable to monthly payments.
Ability to meet sales, communication, and engagement targets.
Willingness to start ASAP.
