????Virtual Assistant (Part-Time ? Full-Time) with Alfarah Self Care????

Hi, my name is Jim and my daughter and I own an online women’s self-care business (skin care) that is expanding into a lifestyle brand. We are based in Austin, Texas USA and Santa Barbara, California.

This role will start part-time and transition to full-time within 2–4 months at most.
What We’re Looking For:

Communication & Language
Fluent English with a clear, easy-to-understand accent (some phone work is involved).
Friendly, joyful, and professional when engaging with customers and fellow Alfarah tea ---------- mbers.

Social Media & Content
Excellent at creating compelling, brand-consistent content.
Skilled in creating and managing ads, landing pages, video, and still images.
Part of your role will be to take bulk videos from podcasts and other sources and break them down into ads and landing pages.
Confident posting and managing campaigns on IG, FB, TikTok, and more.
Able to track and analyze campaign performance.

Sales Support
Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls.
Answer client questions about our wellness services.
Follow up with clients about their experience.

Website & Systems
Monitor and optimize website performance (identify where customers drop off in the buying process).
Suggest and implement improvements for conversion.
