Commission only virtual Assistant Team- Contract Acquisition, B2B Sales, Gov contracts

We are Grab & Haul Group — a logistics, junk removal, moving, and delivery company with expansion plans into warehousing and B2B supply hubs. We are looking for a highly experienced Filipino VA team that can land 15–20 signed contracts per month with upfront deposits.

Pay Structure:
• Base Pay: $1,000/month after 15 contracts are signed with deposits (initial work is 100% commission-based).
• Commission: % of each contract closed (paid weekly upon client payment).
• Bonus: Additional incentives for large contracts ($50K+ )

Core VA Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
• Identify target companies, warehouses, and government agencies.
• Research RFP (Request for Proposal) portals in U.S. cities.
2. Outreach & Prospecting:
• Cold call & cold email targeted businesses.
• Pitch services & set appointments.
3. B2B & Gov Contract Acquisition:
• Negotiate contracts with facility managers, procurement officers, and logistics coordinators.
4. CRM & Reporting:
• Maintain spreadsheet of leads, calls, emails, meetings, and contract stages.
• Provide weekly progress reports.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in contract acquisition for U.S.-based companies.
• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Reliable internet and phone access for daily outreach.
• Ability to work in EST hours if needed.
