***The Role: What You’ll Own
As our Enrollment Sales Director, you will take full ownership of our remote agent force, drive weekly premium production, and build a culture of execution. You’ll work directly with the executive team and play a central role in scaling the company.
***Your responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing the Enrollment Sales Manager, marketing coordinator and remote agent team
• Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining 18+ commission-based agents per year
• Driving weekly, monthly, and quarterly premium targets and tracking all KPIs
• Collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator to align lead flow and conversion efforts
• Overseeing onboarding and performance of new major accounts (public and private sector)
• Reporting key metrics and team performance directly to leadership
• Instilling a culture of clarity, coaching, accountability, and results

***Required:
• 5+ years of experience in remote team sales leadership
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
• Comfortable leading with data, systems, and KPIs
• Strong communicator and team builder—able to drive performance and growth
• Fluent in English, professional, and ready to manage U.S. clients and agents
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
***Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or enrollment services
• Familiarity with CRMs, Trainual, Keap, or similar platforms
• A background in building sales teams from the ground up

• Base Salary: PHP 85,000 – 140,000/month (depending on experience)
• Performance Bonus (based on premium growth)
