qualified meetings with decision-makers. This long-term role is ideal for someone organized, motivated by
results, and comfortable with high-level outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and build targeted lead lists (meeting planners, association executives, CEOs, privately-owned
companies $10M-$250M revenue)
- Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure discovery calls
- Prompt follow-up on inbound leads and nurture them
- Manage CRM for data accuracy
- Promote events and services via marketing materials
- Provide weekly reports with outreach metrics

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written & verbal English
- Sales/lead generation experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, CRMs
- Strong organization & time management
- Independent, self-motivated
- Reliable internet

Performance Metrics:
- 50-75 qualified leads/month
- 250+ outreach messages/month
- 8-12 booked calls/month
- 95%+ CRM accuracy
Hours: Flexible, with some overlap in US hours
