n8n Workflow Operator | AI Solutions Installation & Maintenance
(Part-time, On-Call, Remote)

Looking for a reliable and skilled n8n Workflow Operator to assist with the installation and maintenance of our workflows.

I currently run an online marketing business, but I'm shifting our services towards selling AI solutions to other businesses. We'll install AI solutions (like a chatbot) for other businesses for a one-time fee.

What I need is to have an Operator who can do the fulfillment, which is setting up the AI solution (the n8n workflow) and making sure it operates correctly. After, if it ever needs maintenance or has issues, you can also see to that.

A strong understanding of n8n, automation, and data workflows is essential. Don't apply unless you're a pro. I don't want to hire someone learning on the job. I only want a guy/girl who knows what they're doing.

You MUST be:
-Independent, but also trustworthy
-Very communicative (I always like to know what's going on with updates)
-Experienced, don't apply if you've done this less than 20 times.

Our Company:
We’re Arol Capital, an online marketing business shifting our services toward installing AI solutions for other businesses. Our clients are small to medium businesses in different industries who want automation and AI tools to make their operations smoother.

Basically what we do is:
-Sell an AI automation or workflow to a client
-Have you set it up, connect the APIs, and get it running without issues
-Keep you on-call in case it ever needs maintenance or troubleshooting

Your Primary Responsibilities:
-Install & Configure n8n Workflows: Take a pre-built or new workflow and install it for a client so it’s live, functional, and bug-free. This could mean just installing something already made — or building it from scratch.
-Workflow Maintenance & Troubleshooting: If something stops working, you’re the person I message to fix it.
-Integration & Testing: Connect APIs, test the workflow, and make sure everything works in the real world, not just in theory.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
-You must be a pro at n8n. If you’ve done fewer than 20 installs from start to finish, don’t apply.
-Strong experience with automation workflows, API integrations, and making sure systems actually work.
-Comfortable being on-call for jobs and communicating clearly about progress.

Work Requirements:
-On-call availability (you don’t need to sit at your desk all day, but when I give you a job, I expect it done fast).
-Flexible hours, but you must be reachable and responsive.
-Camera and mic for video calls — I like to talk to people before I pay them money.
-Reliable internet and a quiet environment for meetings.

Pay:
I want to pay you fairly. I will pay you for each installation, and if you fix any issues. Think of it as an on-call system, I'll ping you when I have a new job. Both you and I will want that to be as often as possible.

You can choose to be paid in 2 ways: Hourly rate, or a fixed rate for every install. I am open to whatever payment arrangement works best for you.

This is an example of something I might offer to businesses, that we could make. Could be for dentists, veterinarians, HVAC, etc. This might not be exactly what we build, but this is a good example of what we'd be doing, and the level of complexity.

-about how much you'd charge.

How it works:
