Graphic Designer and Video Editor

WHO WE ARE

We are a growing US-based digital marketing agency exclusively serving mass tort and personal injury law firms across the United States. Our mission is to connect injured individuals with qualified legal representation through compelling, compliant paid social media campaigns. We're experiencing rapid growth and need talented Filipino (1) Graphic Designers who employ AI image generation, and (2) Video Editors who can employ AI video generation.

The leads we generate will be used by our remote, WFH Filipino Legal Intake Specialists who qualify injured people for legal representation. Our clients are law firms and other intake centers. We're experiencing rapid growth and are interested in adding to our talented Filipino family.

POSITION 1: GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR STATIC IMAGE ADS

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years graphic design experience for lead generation
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other platforms
- Proven track record creating conversion-focused static ads
- Understanding of lead generation principles and direct response design and marketing principles, including page layout principles
- Knowledge of social media ad specifications across all major platforms
- Strong typography and color theory skills although we have been crushing it with black-and-white text-only ads

Bonus Qualifications::
- Previous experience with legal, mortgage, insurance, or healthcare lead generation marketing on social media
- Portfolio showcasing before/after ad performance metrics

POSITION 2: VIDEO EDITOR

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years video editing experience direct response marketing videos preferred
- Ability to create engaging content that drives lead generation
- Advanced proficiency in Premier Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools (Veo, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Stable Video, etc.)
- Strong motion graphics and animation skills
- Understanding of short-form video trends and social media optimization
- Experience with sensitive subject matter and professional tone

Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with legal or healthcare video marketing
- Knowledge of teleprompter setup and client interview filming
- Understanding of video accessibility (captions, audio descriptions)
- Experience with live streaming and webinar production
- Portfolio showing measurable video performance results

What You'll Be Creating:
- Short-form video ads for Facebook and Instagram and in the future Tik Tok and YouTube
- AI-generated video content using cutting-edge tools, which includes UGC-avatars
- Direct response and educational content about legal rights and mass tort cases

Our new hires for this position would report directly with the President/Founder who has a Law Degree as well as a Bachelor’s Degree with a triple-major in Economics, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Grow and learn from 35 years of legal, sales and, marketing experience! He or she would also work directly with our developer who helps run our Meta media buying.
