Etsy/Printify Print-on-Demand VA – Canvas Artwork Listings (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Established Etsy POD store seeks experienced, self-managed VA to launch and grow a high value framed canvas wall art product line

We are an established Etsy print-on-demand store using Printify for fulfillment, currently selling mugs and tote bags. We are expanding into high-quality framed canvas artwork and looking for a skilled, experienced VA to join our team.

This is a long-term role with stable hours, starting part-time (25 hour per week to start) with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the business grows quickly. You will work independently to research, design, create, and optimize new Etsy listings for framed canvas wall art using tools like Printify, Canva, Everbee, and more.

Requirements:
-Strong written English
-Proven experience running Etsy POD stores independently (please provide examples)
-Strong graphic design skills (Canva Pro, Photoshop, or similar)
-Knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization
-Ability to manage the entire process without step-by-step guidance
-Experience using Printify (preferred)
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Reliable internet that supports design uploads & downloading files
-Available for at least 25 hrs/week (flexible hours)

Your Responsibilities:
-Research trending, high-demand canvas artwork ideas on Etsy and other platforms
-Create eye-catching, professional designs
-Upload designs to Printify and integrate with Etsy
-Write SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags
-Source relevant keywords to increase visibility and ranking
-Create mockups and ensure product images are high-quality
-Set competitive pricing with discounts to match Etsy market trends
-Maintain listing quality and consistency with brand style
-Track performance and suggest improvements based on results

Hours & Pay:
-Starting at $4/hour, 25 hrs/week (long-term position)
-Opportunity for more hours and higher pay as sales grow

We sell multiple products online and are looking for someone who can take ownership of this product line and help grow it into a major sales channel for our store. If you have the skills and experience, we’d love to work with you long-term.
